Text backround opacity slider still not working on hotbar text

In a recent preview a fix was made to fix an issue where the text opacity slider would not work on hotbar text. This was than reverted in a future preview update but fixed again in another preview after that. However currently on 1.19.50.23 it is is still broken even though a recent changelog says it’s fixed
