Licensing Errors

Recently, I fired up Minecraft 1.19.30+, not 1.19.40 (assuming this issue still applies to the recent Minecraft update), and I was met with this prompt. No matter what I do, clearing cache, restart the Internet etc, still nothing. Why the heck would this happen???
