Double Chests scrolling in touch controls.

Minecraft 1.19.40 brought along some new bugs. One of them are that we can't scroll down in double chests normally, like we used to in 1.19.30 and before. The chest scrolling screen remains frozen. And we have to use the tiny sidebar to scroll- which is much difficult.
