Minecraft World not in list after computer restart

I was playing Minecraft and then it glitched, so I restarted my computer, after the restart, I launched Minecraft, and the world was not there. The Minecraft world was in my "com.mojang" files, but it is not showing on Minecraft. Is there a way to get my world back please? Thank you!
