Minecraft on ( Xbox 1) won't work

Me and my friend were going to play Minecraft when I saw my Minecraft needed a update when I updated it it just froze and wouldn't install  the next day I check again and it had installed but when I try opening it shows the red mojang screen and then it just goes black  I have already tried every fix for the error code it gives me sometimes but none of the fixes work  (this has been happening for 2 weeks)
