Allay slows the world down

As soon as i found Allay in my all 3 of my survival worlds, it slowed down alot of things. All 3 of my worlds were working absolutely fluidly without a single frame drop or lag or anything. Some of the issues i experienced so far :- animals not breeding quick enough after feeding them. the animal breeding AI gets absolutely broken and another one is that after i break blocks, they drop slowly to the ground and dropped items have a delay of a second or two before they get into my inventory/ get picked up by me. The damage i get from anything is shown after a delay (even the sound) hence degrading the experience and fluidity of the game.
