Lag spikes when moving cursor over items in inventory.

This issue only started for me after the 1.19.4 update.

Have no lag using any other features only when I open any inventory devices such as chests main inventory etc.

Lag spikes as I move over items with the cursor.  I believe when it loads the item titles it is causes the lag spikes
