Zombies, zombie villagers, husks, drowneds, zombie pigmen, skeletons, strays and wither skeletons don't have a chance to spawn with a pumpkin or jack o'lantern

Why not? Today is halloween so they are supposed to be able to spawn with it. This feature works fine on my Playstation Vita.
