Xbox Series X: occasional choppiness on Realms when running from an external drive

Observed on Xbox Series X, but could impact other platforms. Running Realms from an external hard drive leads to occasional choppy performance in Realms (other game modes run fine). Moving the game to the Series X's internal drive fixes the problem.
