Game is being really choppy, it hasn't ever been like this before. I'm now running 45 fps instead of 300+

My game has been very very choppy now that I've gotten 1.19.40 installed. (video attached) I tried fixing it (as a lag issue) by turning down my render distance and anti-aliasing, but nothing worked. I really hope this gets fixed because the game is completely unplayable with the choppiness.
