Wrong version number displayed in the title screen (1.19.40 instead of Alpha v.1.0.13)

When I play Minecraft on my handy it displays the current version in the title screen. However it displays the wrong version number. It says 1.19.40 even though the newest version on handys seems to be Alpha v1.0.13. I am still waiting for Alpha v1.0.14 to release to get the furnace minecart to speed up my minecarts! This was reported in MCPE-163445 which says resolved but isn't.
