Copy Coordinates hot key is not automatically binded with Full keyboard gameplay on

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Turn on copy coords
2. Look at the copy coords hotkey bind
3. Turn on full keyboard gameplay   
4. Look at the copy coords hotkey bind again

Observed Results:
The copy coords hotkey bind is automatically set to blank once Full keyboard gameplay is turned on

Expected Results:
The copy coords hotkey bind should stay the same when full keyboard gameplay is turned on
