Realms; "Could Not Connect: Outdated Server!"

since the latest update from 15.2 to 15.4 the client server for realms says,
"Could Not Connect: Outdated Server!"
it shows no one is logged in, yet the server is not updating.
I haven't even been able to see the GM for the server since the update.
apparently with in 24 hours I skipped over 0.15.3
noticed this issue since 7/28/16
