Too many footsteps for speed of movement

I've been getting an audio glitch/bug everytime I open my world. It will sound like I'm sprinting when I'm just walking normally. If I walk slowly/sneaking there's no sound at all or it's super delayed. When I first create a world, it's normal, but once I save & quit and load it back up, it does it. 

Note, I didn't test sneaking until I took the recording, there is, in fact, no footstep audio while sneaking
