Wild Animals (by Nitric Concepts) stuck in Update

(Not sure on affects and Realms Platforms)

I purchased Wild Animals (by Nitric Concepts) and is stuck in an Update status.  The download/installation does not complete and trying for several months.  I have access to skins but not the world or expanded animals that the purchase is supposed to give me.
