BIG PROBLEM 1.19.40

I opened my minecraft world then this chaos happened, then i went back to the title screen and reopened, what is happening to minecraft? this was taken the day after the 1.19.40 update and i have no idea whats happening, i had no mods installed or active and when i reset minecraft it was fine, i reopened the same world and it froze then closed, then i restarted again and it was fine...

Do you have any idea what has happened?
Is there a way to fix it?
