When playing the Jurassic World mode game crashes

When playing the Jurassic World mode that was bought with coins in the marketplace, it crashes at random moments when playing 1 player and crashes immediately when starting with 2 players locally. Have tried every solution Nintendo suggested, as well as sent the nintendo to be repaired/ checked and console has no problems and the issue still persists. Cannot play the purchased game properly because of this.
