Slow Inventory

Ever since I updated my devices to 1.19.40, the inventory as well as the crafting table interface is slow and borderline unplayable. I know it is not my computer because I was able to reset the server and recreate the problem on my PS4. However, when rearranging the inventory through chests, barrels, and shulker boxes there is no is lag. Only when in the solo inventory interface and crafting interface does this stutter occur.
