A camel gets up when a saddle is put on it/remove

Summary:
A camel gets up when a saddle is put on it/remove. In Java, camels do not get up when they put on/remove the saddle on them.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon/find a camel.
2. Wait until he sits.
3. Put the saddle into the camel through its inventory (using a shift).
4. Wait until he sits.
5. Remove the saddle from it (through the shift).

Observed results:
The camel gets up after the saddle was put on it/removed.

Expected results:
The camel does not respond to removing/putting the saddle.
