Hanging signs placed by commands has a very large hitbox compared to the normal ones

When you place the hanging signs with commands, the hitboxes of them are too large compared to the manually placed ones.

How to Reproduce
1. Place the hanging signs using commands (/fill or /setblock)
2. Point your crosshair to the hanging signs to see the outline hitboxes.

Observed Result
The hitbox of the hanging signs is very large, compared to the manually placed ones.

Expected Result
The hitbox of the hanging signs should be the same regardless of if it's placed by commands or by hand.
