Wrong version number displayed in the title screen (1.19.31 instead of Alpha v.1.0.13)

When I play Minecraft on my handy it displays the current version in the title screen. However it displays the wrong version number. It says 1.19.31 even though the version that I seem to be playing is Alpha v1.0.13. I am still waiting for Alpha v1.0.14 to release!
