Camel Can't Jump Up Blocks

When riding the Camel, all is well. But wait! If you try and go up a block, you CAN'T!! 

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn Camel
2. Ride, press "E" and place in saddle
3. Try going up a block

Expected Results

Camel will jump up the block

 

Actual results

Camel is unable to jump block.

 

this is a huge issue for many who want to test camel exploration.
