Cannot login: error cauldron

Cannot log in to game on console.  Followed links for troubleshooting.  Submitted to support and was directed to submit bug.  Personally login issues don’t seem like bugs to me so I am getting tired of the shuffle and circular troubleshooting links.  
can someone please not send copy and paste suggestions from the help faq to get this resolved. Problem started with most recent update.    Software version 1.19.3101.0
