All default character thumbnails have the same arm size

A new screen that allows the player to select one of the default skins has been added, but all of its thumbnails show the characters using the classic model, disregarding whether that is accurate to the main design or not. This can be easily observed with Alex, as it's been an established skins for years and is known to use a slimmer model.
