Fences have inconsistent display models in inventory and in item frames

The fence model used for inventory icons doesn't match the one seen in-game. Its side bars are two texels tall instead of three, like the in-game model.
It can also be observed that the backside of the model isn't mapped correctly, which doesn't occur in the block model.

The newly added bamboo fence uses the correct inventory model, making it easier to observe the difference.
