I can't unlock achievements

All of a sudden I can't unlock achievements.

"Beacon user" "End...again..." "My mouth stinks"

As attached, the beacon has the highest output, and the dragon has revived

I defeated it and got Dragon's Breath, but the achievement doesn't unlock.

Also, I didn't use cheats, so you should be able to unlock achievements in this world.
