Unable To Connect

Can you please fix an error? I try joining my friend's world and I was always able to join but all of a sudden it keeps saying "unable to join" what do I do? I've tried almost everything. Reinstalling, logging out, restarting the game, restarting my device (Techlast Tablet), etc. And apparently I'm not the only one with this problem. Please fix it.
