There are two minecrafts and on one I can’t access my worlds

I play on Xbox and minecraft has somehow duplicated itself. One of the minecrafts has all my worlds and the other is empty and on the one that’s empty I can’t create worlds and the one with my worlds won’t allow me to play it and minecrafts crashes after I try to play and some of my favourite worlds have disappeared too
