Changing skins lag

For some reason when I access the "Wardrobe" area where you are supposed to change to either custom skin or to make up your own skin, mine wouldn't work. I tried to see if the issue was just with the Custom skin only but it turns out I cannot access emotes too, it was like the wardrobe place has just stopped working as a wardrobe than just a sliding from one empty slot to another.
