Chain Command Blocks not working

While I was making a spleef thing that required command blocks, I tried using a chain command block, but it wasn't working. Fixing this would help a lot of people who make stuff using command blocks in Bedrock Edition. When I would connect a chain command block to a regular command block and activate it with a button, the chain command block would do nothing while the regular command block would run its command.
