Sculk sensor detection range for button presses is directional

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a sculk sensor.
2. Place a redstone lamp on top of the sculk sensor.
3. Place buttons 7 and 8 blocks away horizontally in each direction.
4. Press each button one-by-one while watching the lamp.

Expected result

The lamp lights from button presses 7 blocks away but not 8 blocks away in each direction.

Observed result

The lamp lights from button presses 7 blocks away in the -X and -Z directions and 8 blocks away in the +X and +Z directions.
