Game sound not playing when reopening the mobile app

When I quit the app without closing it, and then go back to it, the game doesn’t play any sound anymore. Same issue when I get called, I can pick up the call without quitting the app but when the call ends I got no sound anymore. This problem also happens when I do a screen recording. This is not a 1.19 specific bug, it has been around for a while now, maybe 2 or 3 years.
