Removed worlds and copies in update 1.19.31

I wanted to report that I tried to update to the new version 1.19.31 but it wouldn't let me because it appeared that I had little storage and I have more than 2GB and so I deleted Minecraft to install it again and have the new version.

Then I tried to have my worlds synchronized and verify that they were all there and I realized that some worlds and copies of worlds were deleted and so far I cannot recover them, I tried several times to recover them and I did not succeed, so I hope and this will be solved and to be able to know how to recover my worlds, thanks for the attention.
