Walking and running is'nt working as it should.

I updated to 1.19.31. When I'm walking, the game make an slowing effect as if I were walking on soul sand or something. As if I were playing with lag, but other entities are walking perfectly, so it's not. Also, when I use creative, and I try to go up, something cancel it, and pulls me down again. Foward and backward it's the same. Please help.
