The update 1.19.3101 deleted my local copies of worlds. When I try to download from the cloud it fails. How do I get my worlds synced now?

My worlds are on the cloud but will not sync down to console. Please let me know how to access the cloud through other means or fix so I can access my worlds. The update deleted all the worlds on my console.
