Does not load the skin and does not enter the marketplace

Every time I enter Minecraft, my skin keeps loading, but it never loads, and if I enter the edit menu, there is no way to create a skin and mine disappears. And on the marketplace button, an error button appears and you can't access the store. And even if I uninstall the game and install it again, it still gives the same problem.
