Can't unlink Microsoft from my PlayStation network account

I want to unlink my Microsoft account from my PlayStation network account but when I check all the boxes and tap 'unlink' it just says error occurred.

I know I'm getting a stable internet connection so that's not the problem it's also that when I press unlink it doesn't load for a few seconds, it just instantly goes to error occurred

I would really like for this bug to be fixed, thanks
