Worlds aren't syncing

Minecraft updated on my xbox with this hotfix and it hasn't worked properly since. Worlds are failing to sync their data so I can't access any of my worlds currently. It takes around 30 mins - an hour to 'sync', only to fail with an error message. Then if I try to sync again, the game crashes. I can then reboot the game and the whole process starts again.
