Minecraft Stops Registering Clicks When Clicking Too Fast

On Minecraft Bedrock Edition (On any Xbox) the game will limit and or skip your clicks at 9+ CPS. At 12+ CPS it will only click a few times every few seconds, and at 15+ CPS it will stop registering completely. There are no problems with my mouse nor my friends mice. (We have tested this multiple times on different consoles.) This issue appears to happen on only 1.19.31+ (This includes the Preview and Beta versions.)
