World not opening and Not popping back in the worlds list after I brought back

I had these two worlds both were almost 1GB and now I can't even open them to get them back I play on both ps4 and ps5, but recently more on my ps5 and I can't even seem to get any of my old saves back even though I know that's possible cause I've don't it before. One said I ran out of data storage and the other just told me this world could not be opened. I've been looking for help on this and have not received any support I really need it cause these words mean a lot to me and I can't remake those memories anymore.
