You cant open chat nor pause the game while in death screen in Nintendo Switch

Just like the title on the bug, report when I tried to press right D-Pad while in death screen, you cant open chat unlike in Phone nor Computer, same with pause, when I press the + button, it cant pause the game unlike in other devices.
