MCPE-162960Top bar on the new UI no longer has a black outline
The black outline on the top bar on the New UI is broken. Previously it had a black outline on it.
How to reproduce:
- Go to any screen in the New UI
- Observe the top bar
Observed results: There is no black outline on the top bar
Expected results: There should be a black outline on the top bar
