Well this bug happens on my iPhone too when I updated it

Me and my bro were playing minecraft PE when my brother connected to me he went to get his stuff when he tapped the chest it froze and exit... This all stared happening when I updated it to version either 6.0 or 6.1. And I don't why this happens?
