Entering commands in chat no longer supports auto-complete or auto coordinate selection

When entering commands in chat the onscreen keyboard dialog takes precedence over the in-game chat input field and the auto-complete and coordinate selection features are no longer accessible.  This behavior seemed to coincide with new prompts for accessibility options.
