All worlds deleted.

I am a very passionate Minecraft Bedrock builder, I was going onto Minecraft, to play with my sister, then I had to update the game to the newest 1.19.31 update, one it was finished I realized, all of my worlds were gone, five years worth, all gone. I need help, please.
