Realms not loading on Xbox & Text to speech issue

I do not know if this is a realms specific problem or a MCB problem, but here goes. Ever since receiving the 1.19.31 update this morning, which was a rough install to begin with despite only being 1.69gb, every time I launch Minecraft it takes a few minutes to load and the text to speech narrator is on for a few seconds, long enough to says “main menu, play, syncing user data”, and then it stops as I have none of those settings enabled. Once I can finally hit the play button, marketplace has a red exclamation point, my realms are not available, and the servers tab simply says “coming soon”. My internet connection is fine, Xbox themselves are not experiencing any issues, and I don’t seem to be able to find an open issue on this.
