Villagers Get Stuck on Fence Gates

I have a Village in the middle of a river that have fences around it.

Basically, when the Villagers are going to sleep, some of them get stuck on the fence gates.

They get stuck inside of the Village, which means that they could be able to pathfind their beds, but I have to open the gates to let them walk to their beds.
