Weather is broken

I enter a world and suddenly the weather appears to be thunderstorm, although it's actually clear. I exit out of the world and enter back in, and the weather is still broken. I restart Minecraft and go back in the world and the same issue is still occurring. It's normally clear weather, but the sky looks like it's thunder.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter a world
2. Observe the buggy thunderstorm

Observed results: The sky looks like thunderstorm, although it's actually clear.

Expected results: The sky should look clear, without any raindrops falling from the sky and the sky should be blue.

 

Edit: I actually realized that it doesn't happen all the time. I went into another world and that issue didn't occur. The weather was all fixed. I also went back into the world where the weather bug occurred, and that issue was fixed too.
