Crash when attempting to join a realm after saying building terrain

I play on windows but my friend play on PlayStation and they have issue joining the realm. Whenever i join it will say building terrain and my game will crash seconds later. I'm able to join a realm that has more packs this realm does so I'm not sure whats causing it.
