Lightning causes major frame drops

Whenever lightning strikes, my frames drop immensely. This works on any world. But out of testing, I discovered another bug where changing weather to thunder doesn't actually make lightning, so I had to resort to summoning lightning manually. I can't give a video file because 10MB limit for video isn't possible.
